Celebrity fees can range anywhere from $10,000 for niche personalities to well over $1,000,000 for global superstars. Fees vary based on location, time of year, and event type. At VIPMoments, we don’t push a “roster.” Instead, we curate a custom list of talent aligned with your goals, audience, and budget. Whether you want a legendary athlete, an A-list actor, a chart-topping musician, or an inspiring thought leader, we’ll present the best options.
Organize, Review & Secure Dates
Once funding is in place and you’ve narrowed your talent choices, we’ll:
- Confirm availability with the celebrity or their team
- Review key details and technical requirements
- Prepare an Offer Agreement that authorizes us to make a formal booking on your behalf
At this stage, a 10–20% deposit is typically required to move forward. For larger-scale projects (endorsements, promotional campaigns, etc.), deposits may be higher.

After your deposit is received, VIPMoments presents the official offer to your chosen celebrity. Some confirmations happen quickly; others require schedule coordination, especially with high-demand talent. Once terms are finalized, a binding agreement is created between your organization, VIPMoments, and the celebrity. This ensures clarity, professionalism, and peace of mind for all parties involved.
